UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Information Architecture:Create effective information architecture and navigation structures to ensure intuitive user experiences and seamless interaction flows.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Utilize wireframing tools such as Figma and Miro to create wireframes and interactive prototypes that illustrate user flows and interactions.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and engaging UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Interaction Design:Design interactive and user-friendly interfaces, incorporating effective microinteractions, animations, and transitions.
- Usability Testing:Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions, making iterative improvements based on user insights.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure design alignment and timely project delivery. Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly and persuasively.
- Accessibility:Incorporate accessibility principles and best practices into UI/UX design, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in UI tools such as Adobe CC Kit (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and InVision.
- Familiarity with UX tools including Figma, Miro, and Hotjar.
- Solid understanding and experience in user research, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and experience in designing accessible user interfaces.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred certifications: CPUXD, UXC, CXA, CUA, or ACE in Experience Design (or relevant certifications in UI/UX design).
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
