Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the handover of tenant units from the Project to the client
- Responsible for complaints from clients and follow up as problem solving
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Receive, provide input and follow up requests from clients.
- Coordinate with the other departments regarding repairs that are complaints from clients
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree all major
- Have experience as a Handover, Tenant Relation or Customer Service in a property company for at least 1 year
- Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of English language
- Be well groomed and polite
- Have good problem solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
