Job Description & Requirements:

Overseeing the work and making sure it runs smoothly and as per the plan
Make sure safety precautions are followed.
Progressive site updates to management
Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers
To work closely with Accounts & Contracts on the progress claims and final accounts and follow up with Main and sub-contractors
Any Ad-hoc duties assigned
*Local Polytechnic Diploma */ NITE holder
1-2 yrs of construction working experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
Be able to work independently and coordinate with Clients and Subcontractors
