This learnership role is based at our vibrant new offices in Durban, where you will assist with administrative duties, reporting, and coordination activities to support our Recruitment Team in achieving operational targets. This is your chance to jumpstart your career and make your mark.

What You'll Need:

  • Matric
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong administrative and data capturing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently studying towards an HR/recruitment qualification or a keen interest in the field (Advantageous)
  • "Can Do" attitude and eagerness to learn, as you will be completing an NQF Level 4 learnership
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Currently unemployed
  • Successful completion of a chat-based interview is a requirement for shortlisting
