PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese Automotive Trading company in finding great talent as a Sales Department Head with the requirement as follows:
Working location: Jakarta
Responsibility:
- Sales Strategy Planning for Newly Established Automotive Aftermarket Special Sales Department
- Management and training of sales staff
- Negotiation with owner/BoD members of import distributor
- Sales of new products to general distributors (import distributors) and retailers
- Listening to distributors' requests and acting as an intermediary with the product development department
- Sales management and budget planning for the special sales department
Requirement:
- Min bachelor degree from any major
- Have Experience min 15 years in Automotive parts Aftermarket industry as sales
- Have Experience in managerial role for min 10 years
- Have Experience working with Automotive parts distributers in the aftermarket industry
- Good communication and negotiation skill
