General Sales Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Our team is currently seeking an Automotive GM to head the sales operation of a dealership with a massive operation. You will be responsible for overseeing all Sales operations including sales, CRM, Customer Satisfaction, new & Used Cars.

The incumbent must ideally have a strong track record in heading automotive sales operation in a strategic role

You must have prior experience in the capacity of a Director, General Manager, Head of sales, General Sales Manager or National Sales Manager.

The purpose of the role is to manage the multi-brand/multi-site operation for the business across the Kingdom

The individual will be responsible for the entire fleet and retail operation of the respective brands and ensure profitability of the business

Qualifications & Experience

The incumbent must have a successful track record in strategic business planning and improving performance of the automotive business

Must have prior experience in handling both fleet and retail operations in a similar capacity

Demonstrated experience in leading large teams, responsible for exponential growth

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 15 years’ experience in the motor industry within the Middle East region

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to lead from front

Prior history in increasing sales by revenue and volume
