- Carry out inspections and testing on materials, products, and equipment to guarantee that they meet the relevant requirements and standards. 2. Monitor and inspect the production line from receiving until outgoing finished goods, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. 3. Establish quality standards for the products produced by the company, considering industry regulations and customer requirements. 4. Implement necessary adjustments and changes to production processes to improve product quality and efficiency. 5. Inspect and test the materials and equipment produced by the company to identify any defects or non-conformities. 6. Remove products that do not meet production standards and recommend strategies to improve product quality. 7. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to production schedules. 8. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met consistently. 9. Monitor the production phase at various levels, from raw materials to finished products, to identify any deviations or quality concerns. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. 11. Document and report quality control findings, test results, and corrective actions taken. 12. Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements. 13. Stay updated on industry best practices, quality control techniques, and regulatory standards to continually improve quality processes. 14. Perform any other related duties assigned by the head of the department to support overall quality control efforts
