About the opportunity:
Auckland-based role - hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

• *Plexure is a specialist mobile engagement solutions provider, helping brands deliver highly personalized customer experiences at scale. *Our platform **harnesses the power of data and Artificial Intelligence to power mobile marketing and helps create world-class customer engagement.
• * Your role*:you will be facilitating and supporting the effective implementation of agile methodologies which includes but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
• We have been on the Agile journey for a while and we are looking for someone to help us take it to the next level - bring in best practices to increase productivity and deliver high-quality products.
• You will be working with 1-3 Engineering squads at a time. You will be providing coaching/mentoring to the teams on Agile and Design Thinking concepts through to implementation which includes hands-on enablement of these activities.

What are we looking for?

• You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or have a similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
