The Agile Developer is a part of a self organizing cross functional team that does all the work needed every Sprint in order to deliver the Product Increment. They have the right skills, as part of the team to do the work. They deliver potentially releasable Product Increments every Sprint in accordance with quality standards the Definition of Done. Together with the rest of the cross functional team they are responsible for the full product lifecycle, i.e., design, plan, build, test, deploy and maintain.
