T3 _L2 Application Support Resources required:
1) 3 to 5 years of IT experience with Application support engineer
Technical Skills _Unix/Linux, Unix scripting, Oracle SQL
Tools: ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy
Domain Knowledge: Banking - Investment Banking
Good to have : knowledge in oracle - proc, function, view, cursors
General skillset:
Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners
Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications
Good debugging and analytical skills
Must be very good in communication
