Roles & Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain the company's SQL databases to support the SaaS platform.
Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and monitoring resource utilization.
Develop and maintain data migration scripts and procedures for efficient data transfers and upgrades.
Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls and data encryption.
Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
Perform regular database backups, recovery, and maintenance tasks.
Analyse and troubleshoot database-related performance issues and recommend solutions.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in database administration and SQL development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and assist in data modeling.
Document database design, configuration, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
4 to 6 years of demonstrated experience as a senior SQL database developer.
Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience with backups, restores, recovery models, and replication.
Proficiency in managing SQL Server on AWS or other cloud-based systems.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and assistance.
Strong understanding of SQL Server Database, T-SQL, and related technologies.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
