- Repair and maintenance of aircon
- Perform servicing of aircon
- Perform preventive, troubleshooting and breakdown technical support and maintenance
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
- Document servicing details
- Ad hoc duties as required
