General Manager for the Opening of Stunning Bali Property & Convention Centre!
Our Client is on the lookout for an outstanding Soft Opening General Manager of an awe-inspiring property with 400 luxurious rooms and a state-of-the-art 5000-people convention centre.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the pre-opening preparations:
Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, setting a high standard for guest service and staff excellence.:
Collaborate with various departments to establish standard operating procedures, ensuring an exceptional guest journey during their stay.:
Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and generate excitement for the soft opening.:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, local partners, and suppliers to ensure a successful launch and ongoing success.:
Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continually enhance the guest experience and service offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager in high-end resort or hotels, especially in Southeast Asia
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve excellence.
Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
