Ui/ux Engineer

Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform the design process and identify areas of improvement.
• Plan, think and design how user interact with our product (Start from wireframing into high fidelity mockup design)
• Collaborate with various departments to cover each project's user, business, and technical aspects.
• Design and refine user interfaces with a strong focus on consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.
• Effectively present ideas and design rationale based on the project scope and requirements to meet the project needs.
• Balancing customer experience and business impact with speed and quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Background in design (DKV, Graphic Design, Visual Media, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with an impressive portfolio showcasing successful projects and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Have knowledge of Product Design tools and design software (e.g. Figma and Miro)
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective communication with developers.
• Good ability to utilize feedback/direction to generate design explorations, as well as iterate those designs
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills, project management, and collaborative teamwork with various departments

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• S1 (preferred)

Experience:

• UI/UX: 1 year (preferred)
