Title: Regional Marketing Director-Vietnam based
US$120-165K net
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join a dedicated and larger Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Director *in Vietnam. As the *Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing and advertising efforts of multiple hotels and resorts within the portfolio. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall reputation of the division
- Responsibilities:_
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans:Create comprehensive marketing strategies for each hotel and resort, aligning with the overall business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement these plans effectively.
- Advertising campaigns:Conceptualise, plan, and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, television, and radio. Monitor campaign performance and optimise as necessary to maximise ROI.
- Brand management:Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are followed by the team. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand's presence in the market.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
- Budget management:Develop and manage the marketing budget for each hotel. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Team leadership and collaboration:Lead a team of marketing professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Requirements:_
Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in cluster hotel marketing, Southeast Asian experiences and advertising. Previous experience in a cluster leadership or management position is required.
Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly the hotel sector in Southeast Asia. Understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and trends impacting the industry.
Marketing expertise:Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising strategies, and digital marketing techniques. Proficiency in leveraging various marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret market research findings, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies.
Leadership and communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability and creativity:Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and come up with innovative marketing ideas. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a creative mindset.
Salary: RM550,000.00 - RM750,000.00 per year
