The Employer Brand team within the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization is seeking an experienced Talent Attraction and Employer Branding enthusiast to develop and lead recruitment marketing initiatives, campaigns and activations that drive brand awareness and attract top talent within the APAC market. You will be part of a global team helping to develop groundbreaking creative solutions that enable us to find, attract and hire diverse, bar-raising talent that are passionate about powering global travel for everyone, everywhere.
In this role, you will play a critical role in establishing our Employer Brand presence in APAC, ultimately helping us to position Expedia Group as an employer brand of choice. Your knowledge of the region coupled with your passion for creating compelling campaigns, meaningful content and breakthrough experiences for talent will enable us to attract, hire and activate incredible talent in this dynamic, multi-cultural region.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a recruitment marketing strategy for the APAC region and lead a team to execute on the vision
- Develop and execute campaigns and content rooted in the global Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition, but tailored to address regional cultural differences
- Support the ongoing development and refinement of the Expedia Group EVP and Employer Brand, partnering with key stakeholders in the APAC regions to ensure market relevancy and adoption
- Build out the Employer Brand asset library for the APAC region, working with local stakeholders to define needs and working with external partners or agencies as needed
- Guide and support recruiting events and other talent-oriented activations to ensure the Expedia Group brand shows up consistently and on-brand
- Partner with the global Employer Brand team to build internal playbooks, toolkits and assets for the broader GTA function
Who you are:
You’ll be successful in this role if you/have:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and/or brand strategy experience specific to the APAC region
- Proven success building meaningful and impactful employer brands in the APAC region
- Strong record of driving results and innovation with an eye for creative excellence
- Experienced collaborator skilled at working with global stakeholders to establish cohesive strategies, clear accountability for outcomes, and drive efficient, cross-functional execution
- Demonstrated experience and passion for branding and creating a compelling, differentiated brand presence
- Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical recruiters as well as internal clients/stakeholders
- Adept problem solver who embeds a test-and-learn and data driven decision making culture
- Competencies: strategic problem-solver, excellent communicator, structured and organized, resourceful, consultative, results-oriented and embraces change
- A love for data, are curious, analytical and have excellent reporting skills
Effective communication skills, with an ability to:
Produce clear, simple and engaging communications
- Use data to tell a story, tailored to the audience
- Create detailed project plans and keep stakeholders informed
