**This person should have:
- minimum 3- 5 years of experience in managing teams in relevant industry
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- great problem solver, able to manage time and stress well
- charisma, detail-oriented, confidence
- great work attitude, self-driven and able to inspire/coach/mentor others
- background in retail/luxury/fashion is a bonus, but others are welcome too !
Roles/Responsibilities
- motivate, inspire, mentor and coach team members to achieve objectives
- ensure high service standards are maintained and deliver excellent customer service
- monitor sales, define targets and implement strategies for store's performance
- organise, plan, supervise, analyse, monitor, control in all aspects of operations to drive performance
- oversee and responsible for the daily operations of store
- work with different business units to implement strategies for store success

Salary: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
