What the role is
We are looking for a versatile team player to join us as a member of the Marketing and Outreach team. Your role requires you to work across teams, and spans digital marketing, social media marketing, engagement and communications.
What you will be working on
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the team to develop the overall marketing strategy
- Tracking, monitoring and analysing campaign data and customer insights (e.g. user engagement metrics and traffic) to optimise and improve future campaign performance
- Conducting research on trends and customer segments to improve engagement and the customer experiences with CSC
- Staying abreast of trends and emerging tools and technologies and working with the team to propose and implement new outreach and marketing strategies and tactics when suitable
What we are looking for
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including a strong understanding of social media channels and content marketing.
- Some experience with website analytics tools, such as WOGAA and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in data analytics will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
