POSITION: Professional Skills Teacher

LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Professional Skills Teacher at Lincoln College International, you will play a crucial role in the growth

and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
Ensuring your classroom is clean and orderly.
Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Master’s or Bachelor's in Education/Business
Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)
Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with 3 years desirable in the post-secondary
Experience in delivering Professional Skills (Key Skills, Critical Skills, etc.), particularly within the

context of the world of work
- Experience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments, and with digital devices and

peripherals

Proven experience in sound formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment
Proven experience in working in partnership with other colleagues to design and deliver an

integrated curriculum

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and filling needs

proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic

and complex environment to meet critical deadlines and milestones.
