Company
Our client is a leading real estate and development company that owns a variety of large-scale mega projects and facilities. They are currently looking for a Company Nurse (Bahraini) to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary medical resource for the company, coordinating care between various healthcare facilities and individuals
- Perform health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide vaccinations and medications
- Refer individuals to specialists as appropriate
- Maintain and update health records of all employees and referring physicians
- Perform annual health assessments
- Attend monthly Health/Safety meetings
- Assist with employee illness and injury management
Qualification & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing health and safety programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary: Up to BD600.000 per month
