We are looking for a highly creative Junior Marketing Communications Manager B2C who loves to advise Jobseekers on how to find the job they love and help them navigate our platforms in German and English.

YOUR TASKS:

• You are the contact person for our Jobseekers on all topics related to our website and job search
• You write and create content with the aim of supporting jobseekers finding a job they love
• You facilitate and generate content based on interactions with jobseekers in order to manage our blog and social media channels
• You conceptualize, implement and test communication strategies to different B2C target audiences
• You expand the partnership network for jobseeker support in the German speaking part of Switzerland
• You guide strategic projects surrounding the experience jobseekers have across all of our channels and analyze their performance

YOUR SKILLS:

• You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business or IT related field
• You have experience in Web Management and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects across various clients and stakeholders
• You describe yourself as a continuous learner with an entrepreneurial style and great interpersonal skills and are able to work independently as well as part of a team
• You have exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills in German and English
