At Capgemini Portugal we are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our clients in the Insurance Sector.

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for overseeing the Agile development process and ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects within the Insurance Sector.
We value:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects, preferably within the insurance sector;
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications;
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and practices;
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Fluent English.
