Description
Position Title:
Maintenance Supervisor /MEP Supervisor
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and other building systems.
- Good knowledge of MEP, Air-conditioning required.
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules - Develops the schedules and work of maintenance staff
- Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects
- Supervise Maintenance Staff
- NEBOSH certification required
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
