- The Seller Growth Associate plays an important role in supporting the growth of Lazada’s sellers assigned to your care. You will serve as a professional advisor to Lazada’s online business owners / sellers to assist them to achieve their business goals by:
- Providing business performance updates to sellers and store analysis.
- Analysing and recommending Lazada solutions (tools, programs & campaigns) to sellers to help them grow their stores.
- Address sellers’ concerns regarding operations, finance, logistics and campaigns and provide solutions.
Responsibilities:

- Educate new sellers on how to sell and grow their stores with Lazada.
- Boost sellers’ revenues consistently.
- Provide sellers with positive selling experience with Lazada.
Job Requirements
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Job Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills including familiarity with business modelling
- Proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel - Pivot Table & vLookup)
- Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
