Maintains, manages, troubleshoots and upgrades computer systems and servers for performance and security and related issues

Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems to support the company's retail operations.
Troubleshoots information technology-related issues for both hardware and software
Coordinates the set-up of data services, computers, and printer installation.
Provide technical support to retail staff and HQ staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Make sure servers running smoothly & unusual behaviour
ITMS ticketing system, attend to cases, ensure completeness of the ticket.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
Develop and implement strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery to minimize downtime and data loss in case of IT system failures.

Job Requirement

Proven experience in IT roles within the retail industry, with a solid understanding of retail systems and processes.
Minimum Degree in Informational Technology/Computer Science or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
