Description
We're looking for a talented UI/UX designer to bring a combination of technical expertise and deep insight into user preferences to craft user-centered designs.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- UX Design:Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to design seamless and intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys and optimize the overall user flow.
- UI Design:Design visually compelling user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the product's purpose. Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for development teams.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross functional teams and collaborate with product owners, developers, and other designers to define and produce solutions for client’s problems.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve usability and overall user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven relevant experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Experience with prototyping.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
