Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with and Site Manager on the day to day running of site
- Site Supervision of sub-contractors and workers
- Ensure safe work procedures control measures at site
- Preferably 1 - 5 years working experience in building construction industry / project site work
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
- Assist Project Manager to prepare and submit monthly progress claim to client
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil)
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret drawing/blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Class3 driving licence is preferred.
