- Fluent French and English (ability to communicate in an easy to understand format (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of the English culture, especially pop culture

- Ability to make fact-based decisions quickly coupled with great attention to detail to ensure high-quality work products
- Quickly adapt to change (new content, changing policies)
- Be comfortable working with data and reporting
- Communicate urgent issues internally and externally
- Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to prioritize between multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time and use those various tools to identify non-compliance issues
- Familiar with Google Drive tools for updating progress and has good search and navigating skills
- Multi-tasking, self-learning, highly motivated team player
- The will and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn
- Able to work cross geographies (with team members and Account Managers)
