Responsibilities:
1. Develop a map to determine the capabilities, competencies and basic skills of the company's employees.
Develop training policies.
Determining the training needs of each of the company's workers in each department separately, in coordination with department managers.
Designing and updating training materials and developing training programs based on the needs of both the company and the employee and managing all the company's training materials such as publications and programs and documenting them for reference when needed.
Making annual, monthly and periodic training plans - making a full report on each training program after its completion and submitting it to the direct manager
Create an annual budget for training and development in the company and have it approved by the senior management.
Management of the training venue. Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the training program and the trainees during and after the training - ensuring that all requirements of the training process are provided.
Managing smart relationships with external training agencies and following them up during training to ensure the quality of the training service provided.
Develop and implement the internal training plan.
- Measuring the return on investment in training, making detailed reports and submitting them to the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Academic degree: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience of not less than (5) years in the field of training, including (3) training supervisor.
2- Technical and administrative experience in the field of training.
3-Full familiarity with the preparation of training plans and budgets.
- 4- Full knowledge of the design of training packages, educational curricula and training methods
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- ERP must work
Salary: From E£1.00 per month
