E-commerce Executive

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business success and building strong client relationships.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with managing product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist with identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is an absolute advantage.
  • Basic analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and technologies, including online advertising and analytics tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Understanding Chinese is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with basic organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.
