INSURANCE COORDINATOR
- At least College level/Graduate
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Medical/Pharmacy claims (submission and reconciliation)
- Knowledgeable in Medical terminologies, Medical coding ICD 10
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for submitting the claims to all insurance companies.
- Responsible for analyzing the received rejections from all insurance and TPAS and do the required resubmission.
- Responsible for minimizing the rejection and discuss the same with the doctor the reasons for the rejection claim.
- Reconciling the sales as per the system with the insurance company and submitting the report with rejection to the finance department.
- Responsible for monthly reports showing item-wise claims submitted and related to each billing month submitted.
- Review all the existing insurance and TPA Contracts along with agreed prices and discounts and redesign the price list and the contract terms whenever is possible.
