About Clout Indonesia

Clout Indonesia, a cutting-edge E-Commerce agency, is searching for an experienced Brand Specialist with a strong background in E-Commerce and Marketing Communications. This role focuses on leading the brands under Clout Indonesia Group, overseeing brands like Pods Indonesia, The Scent Project and Omni Fragrance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales within E-Commerce.
  • Lead and mentor teams for effective execution of marketing, sales, and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize your extensive E-Commerce and marketing communication experience to identify market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Analyze and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Brand Specialist experience in any industries. E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, and Consumer Personal Care will be a plus point.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management skill.
  • Deep knowledge of E-Commerce trends, platforms, and customer behaviors.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Results-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
