Description
Future Tech Enterprise has an opening for an experienced Purchasing Agent who will work quickly and efficiently reviewing and categorizing departmental duties.
This is a full-time, remote position. Work hours are expected to be 12:00p - 9:00p India Standard Time.
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
- Creating purchase orders
- Receiving parts and warranties
- Allocating products to open sales orders
- Submitting RMA’s and maintaining the RMA process
- Setting up part numbers
- Data entry
Qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of professional work experience
- A multi-tasker who can work well in a *fast-paced *environment
- Accurately enter data
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
