Rural Health Care Foundation a Kolkata Based Social Organization engaged in Primary Health Care in Rural Bengal. For our Jupcoming Unit at Islampur (25 Km away from Baharampur) Murshidabad we need minimum 1 year experiened Dental Surgeon must have valid WBDC Registartion, willing to relocate in rural areas, Fooding and staying are borne by organization, Salary Market based.

Min Qualification : BDS from WBUHS

Skill Set Required:
Simple Extarction, Management of infection, Filling, Scaling etc

Responsibility of Dental Surgeon

You are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:

• No refer is allowed to any Private Medical shop for medicine purchase
• No refer to any private Clinics for further treatment
• No monetary transaction is allowed with the patient or patient’s party
• Maximum 7 days medication in one OPD Ticket in day
• For diagnostic test you can refer the patient if, our in house lab will be not functioning at that moment with the consent of the concerned person
• Maximum 3 to 4 types of medicines.
• Avoid use of un necessary medicine
• Avoid irrational use of antibiotic and steroids
• Inter Departmental refer for Eye /GP/Homeopathy
• Has to maintain dental Surgery Register
• Maximum 4 OPD Ticket will be give in a day to single patient

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per year
