Position Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI & graphic designer, to collaborate closely with all the Institutes and the Accelerator at Nestlé Research and translate science into consumer-focused design solutions. The main responsibility of this role will be to create graphic assets like logos, icons, visuals, and storyboards based on the briefs provided by stakeholders but also to design digital mockups and prototypes, including apps, landing pages, e-shops, websites, and Nestlé program interfaces.

A Day in the Life of a UX/UI & graphic designer

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and digital mock-ups
  • Generate user-friendly visuals to translate science into consumer understanding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams in ideation and concept building
  • Manage projects and stakeholders' expectations to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Coach and develop junior designers
  • Contribute to build our UX/UI design strategy and methodology
  • Screen continuously new digital trends, technologies and tools
  • Infuse a digital design culture and expertise in Nestlé Research (and beyond)

What will make you successful

  • Master's degree in design or related field (5 years or higher)
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in UX/UI design and graphic design
  • Mastership of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Webflow
  • Knowledge on AI-powered design software
  • Proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with scientific/technical experts
  • Consumer-centric innovative thinker
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
  • English mandatory. French is a plus
