About the Role
- 6-month casual role from January to June
- School photo day coordination, by liasing with school staff, students, our photography team & our office
- Assisting our photography team with crowd control, set up, student presentation & paperwork at our client schools.
- Work in small teams across Melbourne
- Super early starts (sometimes 6am), or meet directly at the Schools for a later start
- Weekends and school holidays off
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement
- Responsible for the integrity of the data, information & corrections on photo day.
- Great variety: student engagement, crowd control, customer service, and admin. You will also be assisting our team with their equipment set up and pack up,
About you
- You must be organised & have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & to time restraints, reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and care to deliver a great experience and great photos/memories
- Enjoy working with children and young people with anoutgoing and energetic personality
- Working with Children Check (employee not volunteer)
- Own vehicle and driver’s licence.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Casual
Salary: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
Work Location: On the road
