Position: Assistant Production Manager

Salary Package: RM8k to RM11k
Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong, 82010 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia
Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm & Sat : 8.30am to 12.30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Plant Manager
- Overall control of ready-mixed concrete batching and precast production.
- Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule.
- Assisting the Plant Manager with administrative tasks like planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.
- Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
- Overseeing quality control throughout all stages of production and delivery process.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Monitoring the procure of raw materials needed for the efficiency execution of production and delivery.
- Identify, diagnosis and provide solution to resolve any major complaints / issues from clients including delayed schedule.
- Maintenance and housekeeping of Factory Building including machine & equipment, production site, storage site if any.
- Ensure compliance with requirements by clients and all safety regulations by authorities.
- Ensure optimal output per site to achieve plant and/or Company targets.
- Manage and provide solutions to operational problems to improve and better manage schedule, towards accomplishment of project goals.
- Attend site meetings or liaison with client to adhere to schedule and quality.
- Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 5 - 8 years of relevant experiences in precast industry.
- Must have at least 5 years of management experience
- Takes ownership over task assigned and performs independently.
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
