Description
This is a permanent position attached to a SME in Kaki Bukit.
Job Scope
- Full set accounting services to a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore and tax computation for submission to IRAS
- Preparation of GST and GST filing
- Attend to client queries on accounting matters
- Assist in all accounts bookings for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP, fixed assets etc.
- Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
- Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
- Prepare weekly sales report to ensure all transactions are accounted for
- Assist with audit queries and reports
- Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as required by the Manager/Director
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with relevant accounting qualifications
-Minimum 2 years experience in handling full set of accounts
-Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work independently and meet deadlines
-Proactive, positive working attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm 5 day week
Starting Salary: $3,500 to $4,500 monthly
