Marketing & Programs Specialist

THE ROLE:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure branding consistency:

  • Oversee and integrate branding, marketing communications, and sales functions into a unified strategic process.

  • Market SEMI products & services:

  • Develop sales collaterals, promotional and marketing materials for SEMI products and services. Interface with creative services, event planning, public relations, other internal specialists and external agencies to drive on-line and onsite marketing experience and assets.

  • Product marketing:

  • Translate broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Manage product lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.

  • Support marketing communications:

  • Contribute regular updates to the SEMI Southeast Asia & Global newsletter and support press writing. Communicate through posting of SEMI & industry news & events via social marketing channels.

  • *Promote programs - *Coordinate marketing efforts with speakers, instructors and SEMI departments to provide content for the development of promotional materials.
  • *Ensure programs plans are achieved - *Coordinate project scope and plan logistics such as timelines, speaker and attendee materials, facilities, catering, audio-visual equipment and any additional requirement for program.
  • *Meet presentation requirements - *Work closely with speakers to ensure presentation content complies to formats, guidelines and deadlines.
  • *Communicate results *- Assist with the program evaluation process and compile evaluation reports. Liaise between speakers and the media to provide content for publication.

FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Experience with global semiconductor markets and technologies is a plus
