The Opportunity:

Our staff embraces dynamism, resilience, and responsiveness, and this Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role on that, by managing the front-of-house operational aspects of our Hospitality campuses across Australia, collaborating with the Hospitality team, and providing an immersive industry learning experience for students.
As part of our dynamic and responsive team, reporting to the Director of Operations and Applied Training, you will contribute to creating a positive impact through your passion for the role, impacting positively in all the operations across Australia. This role is based at our Leura campus.
You will be required to visit our Surry Hills campus in Sydney once a week. Occasionally, you will need to visit our Melbourne or Adelaide Campuses. Company vehicle can be provided for commuting between campuses. Active car license is required.

On a typical day in this role, you will:
- Roster staff and students to meet operational and training needs.
- Manage the planning and execution of bookings, functions, and events at Leura Campus.
- Analyse, evaluate, and track applied training for all students.

Who are you?
To be successful in the Food & Beverage Manager position, you will have:
- Experience in supervising and leading a team, including mentoring and coaching. This role requires you to be hands on, so experience in the field is required.
- Active Liqueur licence and Drivers licence.
- Demonstrated high-level Food and Beverage Operational knowledge within the broader hospitality industry.
- Customer focus and the ability to deliver a high level of service. In our case, our customers are our students and staff. Our restaurant is not open to the public.
