About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader, who is capable of motivating and driving our retail team and building sales. You will have full control of the store, including accountability for its sales and net profit performance. You will be an experienced business manager with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for growing the business.
You will have experience in employee management and will be determined to grow sales & produce amazing results! You will spend your days maintaining and selling the large range of products we sell as well as working alongside and managing a great team of individuals who are passionate about the products they sell.
Responsibilities
Manage, develop and grow the store and the team
Execute sales forecasts and KPI’s
Serve customers and attend to their requirements
Maintain the operational standards within the store
Implement and maintain the companies visual merchandising strategies to highlight core lines and promotions
Identify current opportunities and areas for improvement
Implement training material
Audit the stores inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
Recruit and induct new colleagues where necessary
Skills and Experience
You are an organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment
You lead through example whilst driving the detail on a day-to-day basis
You have experience coaching and developing teams
You will be a hands-on leader who looks at the detail and pushes those around them to achieve their best
Qualifications and experience in related fields is highly regarded

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $43,147.74 - $88,235.62 per year
