About the role
Primary tasks include:
- Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
- Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs
- Checking and grooming of vehicles on return of rental
- Providing a high level of customer service
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to learn and operate various software systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team ethic
- Current, unrestricted driver’s licence
- Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
