Description
Greeting and welcoming the patients/visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Assisting and directing the visitors to the appropriate person or doctor or any other office as required.
- Attending the patient or patient relatives at the desk and solving their queries to satisfaction.
- Attend the phone calls for the OPD appointments and manage the OPD appointments properly.
- Receiving and forwarding incoming phone calls to the appropriate destination.
- Order front office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory of stock.
- Map data required for Quality Indicators for OPD.
- Daily collection and handing over the cash to the accounts dept.
- Follow the instructions and suggestions given by the OPD in charge & reporting on daily basis.
- Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.
- Any other jobs assigned by the superior/HOD/Management as per exigencies of work.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
