Experience:

• 2 to 4 years as a counsellor

Counselor - Requirements:

• Certification:

• Relevant counseling certification or licensure.

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy:

• Strong empathy and understanding of individuals' needs.

• Confidentiality:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.

Responsibilities:

• Client Sessions:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.

• Assessment:

• Evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Guidance:

• Provide guidance on personal and academic matters.

• Crisis Intervention:

• Offer support during emotional crises.

• Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

• Referrals:

• Make referrals to specialists as needed.

• Educational Programs:

• Develop and implement educational programs.

• Collaboration:

• Coordinate with educational staff and parents.

• Professional Development:

• Stay informed about counseling trends and techniques.

• **Languages:

• ** English, Hindi and Marathi.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
