Site Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role*

We are recruiting a Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Burton on Trent, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm

You will provide a high standard of Supervision to the onsite team and to provide an efficient administration support to a key contract, the undertaking of inspections and checks to help maintain and deliver a high quality of service to the contract and also to ensure that the team are working productively and safely at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Organise rotas, complete payroll, and other relevant paperwork
• Manage equipment and stock levels
• Recruitment and staff training
• Work with the customer to address any specific requirements or concerns
• Supervise quality control procedures to ensure that high standards are maintained
• Assist in investigation and disciplinary processes
• The ordering and billing procedures relevant for the site support team
• To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and for savings where possible

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Full UK driving license as you will be required to drive as part of this role in a company commercial vehicle
• IT literate with experience in word, outlook and excel
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work as part as a team and to be self-motivated.
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a related environment and strong people management skills.
