About Our Client:
A well known not for profit business in Leatherhead.

  • The central point of contact for employee queries from across the organisation.
  • Processes all employment administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Assists in the co-ordination of L&D activities and processes.
  • Maintains the integrity of the employee database.
  • Supports employee self-service for holidays and absence.

The Successful Applicant:

  • They don't need to have an HR experience, or they can have some exposure to it, but are looking to switch to a career in HR, as full HR training will be given to them.
  • We require a team player, who is flexible and approachable.
  • To be well organised, a good communicator able to balance competing priorities.
  • Able to work with autonomy and under pressure.
  • Familiar with and interested in working with databases.
  • Experience of HR administration and processes would be an advantage.
