*Roles and Responsibilities *

  • Maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Recording any complaints and issues as and when needed.
  • Supervising and directing the team members.
  • Understanding the needs and objectives of the clients.
  • Answering clients' questions in a professional manner.
  • Offering guidance and training to the newly joined team members.
  • Making sure all the processes are in accordance to the company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • A customer-oriented and hardworking individual.
  • Ability to deal with different personalities as and when required.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to offer outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • A keen eye for details for accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to Relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra, 411033: Relocate before starting work (required)

Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
