Position Overview:
Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients interested in premium car and bike detailing services.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Consultative Selling:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their specific automotive detailing needs.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of premium ceramic coating, PPF, and high-quality paint jobs.

  • Quoting and Proposal:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements.

  • Present detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Collaboration with Operations Team:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of detailing services and customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or detailing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge and passion for automotive detailing services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: ₹11,957.64 - ₹25,545.40 per month
