As a on-site Business Development Executive at SIMBOTT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include presenting our innovative product solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time on-site role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present SIMBOTT's product solutions effectively.
  3. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and collective goals.
  7. Demonstrate a deep understanding of SIMBOTT's technical product knowledge and adapt to changes quickly.
  8. Provide quality customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years experience as a B2B Sales Executive.
  2. Excellent communication, documentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver quality customer service.
  4. Proven track record of successfully closing deals.

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Ability to quickly understand and learn technical product knowledge.
  3. Prior experience in the EdTech or B2B sales industry is an added advantage.
  4. Bachelor's degree in a related field

Salary range - 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
