Description
The Job role and responsibilities would include:
- Providing service to customers as required during Proposals, Quotes and Post Order Support phases.
- Managing timely and accurate information flow while demonstrating proper judgment in unstructured decision-making situations (including terms and conditions, pricing, discounting, credits, and warranty claims administration).
- Prepare written proposal documents. - Assure delivery of proposal to customer and execute follow-up contact.
- Own primary customer relationship (in collaboration with overall Sales Team) to facilitate long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
